Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not provide return or refund. However we provide exchange/warranty per product basis. Please read the warranty policy on the product information (if applicable).

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@smartgadgettrading.com for authorization.

Shipping

You are the responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item or warranty claim. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, Extra charges may apply.

If you are shipping an expensive item , you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

– Malaysia Local Product will ship out maximum within 3 Days from our store.

– Import Product will take 3 to 7 days for the ship out from our store.

All the product that you order will be listed under the product detail whether local or overseas.
